Before joining CorpServices, he served as Country Manager of Hitachi Consulting Brazil. Today, he leads the company’s growth strategy, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business expansion, and the development of an integrated corporate services platform.

Rodrigo has built a distinguished career in corporate finance. He was Partner and CFO at Gávea Investimentos for ten years and previously spent nine years at PwC, specializing in audit and tax advisory services. As Partner and CFO of CorpServices, he leads the Group’s expansion strategy in Brazil, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, fundraising initiatives, and the integration of portfolio companies. He has extensive experience in business development, due diligence, transaction structuring, and corporate finance across both capital markets and private equity environments.

CEO of ABordin, Vice President of Operations at CorpServices Group, and President of ABRAPSA. With more than 28 years of experience, Allan led ABordin’s transformation from a family-owned business into a multinational operation, culminating in its integration into CorpServices Group. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FAAP, an MBA from EAE Business School, and a Board Member Certification from Fundação Dom Cabral. He is also an alumnus of executive programs at Singularity University, Stanford, MIT, Esade, FGV, and SDA Bocconi.

An executive with extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and corporate governance. Carmen holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from FEA-USP, completed doctoral coursework at the same institution, and is certified as a Board Member and Fiscal Council Member by IBGC. She has served as Managing Partner of JFGranja Contabilidade for over 45 years, now part of CorpServices, and has extensive experience serving on Fiscal Councils, Audit Committees, and institutional leadership roles, particularly within ABRAPSA.

An Environmental Engineer with a master’s degree in Environmental Technologies and a Ph.D. in Environmental Sanitation and Water Resources from UFMS. Fernando has extensive experience in environmental management and public sanitation, having served as Director of the Environmental Coordination Office at the Court of Accounts of Mato Grosso do Sul. His work has focused on solid waste management, reverse logistics, and recycling. He currently serves as CEO of Central de Custódia and as a United Nations consultant on solid waste management.

Founder and CEO of Quality Tax, Genildo holds a degree in Accounting from Unigranrio and is a certified accountant (CRC). He earned an MBA in Controllership and Finance from UFF and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. A former executive at a Big Four audit and tax advisory firm, he has more than 20 years of experience advising national and multinational companies on tax and corporate matters. He also serves on the Fiscal Councils of major corporations.

An Accountant and Business Administrator with extensive expertise in accounting, taxation, and auditing. Henrique previously worked as an auditor at a Big Four firm and is registered with CNAI. He was a partner at GAAP until its integration into CorpServices Group in 2025. He has broad experience advising medium and large-sized companies, including Brazilian businesses operating in the United States, particularly in matters involving US GAAP and income tax.

An entrepreneur with extensive expertise in accounting regulation for the financial and capital markets, Ivan specializes in BACEN and CVM regulatory standards under the COSIF framework. Holding degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, along with postgraduate studies in Technology, he combines strategic vision, regulatory excellence, and innovation to develop secure and efficient solutions for regulated industries.

An attorney, entrepreneur, and co-founder of ASAPCorp, Luís combines legal expertise, business acumen, and operational management to simplify corporate, regulatory, and documentation processes in Brazil. With a law degree, a specialization in Civil Procedural Law, and an Executive MBA, he leads solutions that combine technical excellence, operational efficiency, and strong governance to support both domestic and international companies.

Marcel Cristo serves as Vice President of Growth at CorpServices and brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, revenue growth, and commercial transformation. He focuses on integrating marketing, sales, and operations to accelerate growth, create new revenue opportunities, and build scalable go-to-market channels through commercial automation, marketing automation, artificial intelligence, CRM, data analytics, and operational excellence.

Rafael holds a degree in Accounting from UFRJ and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. He serves as VP of Tax and Pension Reform and is also an MBA professor at Trevisan. With more than 23 years of experience in tax and pension consulting, including a career at a Big Four firm, he has led multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects for major corporations and frequently lectures and teaches on tax-related subjects.

Partner and CTO of CorpServices Group since 2022, Ramon leads the company’s technology and innovation strategy, focusing on digital transformation, process automation, operational efficiency, and cybersecurity. With more than 27 years of executive experience, he began his career at Oracle as a Senior ERP Consultant. He later founded F2C Consultoria, which became an Oracle Diamond Partner, before its acquisition by Hitachi Consulting, where he served as Director until completing his tenure at Hitachi Vantara in 2020.

An accountant graduated from FEA-USP, Ronaldo has extensive expertise in finance and taxation. A former Big Four auditor and registered CNAI professional, he co-founded GAAP in 1992. After serving as a court-appointed expert witness, he now provides expert advisory services to major corporations and high-net-worth individuals. His areas of specialization include individual tax planning, offshore structures, financial reporting, and compliance with tax obligations in Brazil and abroad, including Personal Income Tax Returns (DIRPF), DCBE, and FAR.
